Products I Couldn’t Live Without
This week I’d like to show you some products and simply, I couldn’t live without. Featuring tools to help me as a make up artist and a cosmetologist. Below you will see these amazing products and why I use them; don’t worry if they’re out of your price range, similar products can be found at a general store.
Chanel “Démaquillant Yeux Intense” (Eye make-up remover)
Chanel’s intense eye make-up remover is great to removing face powder, eyeliner, and even water proof mascara. For all you make-up artists out there this will definitely do the trick. It has a refreshing silky water feel on the face and is perfect for sensitive skin and eyes. It’s a little on the pricey side at a banging $32 but it takes make-up off with ease-and you feel a little classy using it.
American Crew “Boost Powder”
“Boost Powder” is a Anti-Gravity volume powder with a matte finish. It provides great texture and supreme lift without the crunch and hold of a gel of paste avoiding that “wet” look. This is a mens product but similar “hair powders” can be found (for women) by either Matrix and/or Big Sexy Hair.
Moroccan Oil
Moroccan Oil is a sleek rich alcohol free hair oil. It’s fantastic for giving hair that “greasy” free shined look while maintaining hairs volume all while smoothing down fly aways and leaving hair feeling healthy and baby soft. I use the sample sizes since my short hair is in low demand for a full handful but for you ladies out there it comes in larger bottles. Perfect for all hair types.
Matrix “Full -Lift Spray in Volumizer”
Biolage Volumathérapie, with a protein + boost infusion gives fine, limp hair all-over volume for thicker healthier look. It adds lasting lift and lightweight fullness. This product is great for those dull lifeless locks that need a quick boost. Spray a little of this on the roots on damp hair and blow-dry as normal. Great for all hair types and is Paraben free.
