Rather than concentrate only on the basic training needed to pass state licensing board exams, Hair Expressions provides students with a well-rounded lifestyle education. Our experienced staff is specially trained to help students explore all their creative and professional possibilities.

Hair Expressions' talented educators provide students with extensive hands-on and classroom training in design, cutting, coloring, multicultural techniques, make-up, the science of bone structure and facial shape adaptability for our cosmetology program. We also train students in attitude, salesmanship and personal appearance. At Hair Expressions, we prepare you for the state board exam and much, much, more.

Cosmetology

Hair Expressions's basic cosmetology course is designed to inspire the artist within you. Hair Expressions's progressive learning environment and talented Learning Leaders facilitate the experience by providing students with extensive hands-on and classroom training in design, cutting, coloring, multi-cultural techniques, the science of bone structure and facial-shape adaptability. We also mentor future professionals in attitude, retailing, and personal appearance and offer various business development classes.

Esthetics

The Esthetics department offers the state-required program for becoming a licensed skin therapist. Classes are held in a state-of-the-art facility that provides a real-life environment, allowing you to perfect your skills in realistic surroundings on real people. Developed in alliance with the International Dermal Institute, the Skin Academy Department's advanced training system focuses on personalized attention. This unique program brings a new depth of understanding and knowledge of classical professional techniques, such as international skin treatments, speed waxing, customized treatment protocols, skin analysis, ingredient technology, makeup techniques, and prescriptive retailing.

Hair Expressions' Financial Aid Department is proud to offer Title IV financial student aid to those who qualify. They are prepared to explain other financial options as well; Sally Mae Loans, direct payment plans, and other creative financing options. We can walk you through everything you need to start a career in the salon and beauty industry.
