Cosmetology Program
Metro Beauty Academy's comprehensive cosmetology program is designed to prepare you for all aspects of salon service.
Through an award-winning curriculum from Pivot-Point International, lively classroom sessions, and extensive practice with regular clients and professional models, you'll gain the broad-based foundation you need to become a "whole" stylist.
Because the field of cosmetology is ever-changing, Metro partners with some of the biggest names in the hair industry to offer you a premier educational experience. Metro features products from Wella, Bumble & Bumble, and Dermalogica.
Esthetics Program
Metro Beauty Academy's comprehensive esthetics program is designed to prepare you for all aspects of skin care. And it's Metro's belief that the minimum education required by the state of 300 hours, is not sufficient to properly prepare students for a lifelong career in esthetics. Therefore, Metro offers the Master Esthetics Program containing a total of 600 hours of education and training.
By obtaining good communication skills and strong technical knowledge, you'll have the resources to pass the State Board exam and be successful in the career of your choice, whether it's at a salon, spa, resort, or clinic.
Teacher Training Program
